Cancellation Policy

The clinic is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays of every week.

To book an appointment, please phone the clinic – 021 436 5949.

At Emerald Beauty Clinic, we confirm all clients’ appointments by phone 48 hours in advance.

Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation so that we can offer your appointment to others who are waiting.

Any on-the-day or last-minute cancellations must pay the full treatment fee to secure any future appointments. No-shows will also be required to pay the full treatment fee.

All appointments and enquiries can only be made by calling the clinic directly on 021 4365949. We do not accept bookings by email, online, or through social media.

We also do not send text or email reminders. All communication is made via the clinic telephone number only.

Our social media team will always direct you to call the clinic to book an appointment or to answer any questions.
