Guinot Institut Paris has launched its newest facial, the Hydradermie 1000. This facial is the latest evolution of the renowned Guinot treatments. Originally introduced over 40 years ago as Cathiodermie, it was later upgraded to Hydradermie, and now, in 2026, modern science and advanced skincare technology have produced the most advanced version yet: Hydradermie 1000.
Combining innovative machine technology with hands-on touch therapy, this facial truly has it all. Like all of our award-winning facials at Emerald Beauty Clinic, the Hydradermie 1000 is fully customised to suit each client’s individual skin needs and concerns. As with all of our facials, the treatment lasts 90 minutes.

Who Is It Suitable For?
The Hydradermie 1000 is suitable for both men and women aged 18 and over. It delivers outstanding results for a wide range of skin concerns, including:

Contraindications
A full consultation and screening form will be completed before your treatment.
As with all facial treatments, there are certain contraindications that may make the Hydradermie 1000 unsuitable. If you have any of the following conditions, we recommend one of our Guinot or Dermalogica non-machine facials instead.
The Hydradermie 1000 is not suitable if you have:
- A pacemaker, stent, or certain heart conditions
- Epilepsy
- Metal plates in your head, face, or chest
- Eczema (please discuss this during your consultation)
- Pregnancy
You should also avoid this treatment if, within the previous two weeks, you have had:
- Botox
- Dermal fillers
- Laser treatments
- Microdermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Teeth whitening
- Used retinol products
